Programme Manager's Commentary
The Finance programme has two projects currently in progress, with the Printing Services project continuing to struggle with delivery and the project has been assigned a RED status this month. The project team have been unable to get the funds transfer process to work, with Printing Services continuing to have to fulfil orders using manual payment journals, which is inefficient. To address this, the project team has escalated this to P&M Service and Inoapps Managed service for resolution and we await feedback. The Merchant Acquiring Services is progressing well and is only marked as AMBER as the project still has no funding in place to continue into 24/25. I am working with the IS Apps operations director and project sponsor to secure funding for the estimate already put forward.
