Programme Manager's Commentary
The Finance programme has two projects currently in progress, with the Printing Services project having improved its position since last month with the resolution of the funds transfer issue and testing of the end-to-end printing services process in the first development environment. It moves to an AMBER status this month, pending agreement with the project sponsor on a revised delivery date and funding to complete in 24/25. The Merchant Acquiring Services is progressing well and moves to a GREEN status this month as the sponsor has confirmed funding will be made available from the CIO or CFO.
