Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During January, the only ongoing project Xerte Pilot - authorisation and business case is looking to progress the business case following the completion of the technical work and awaiting conformation from LTW whether this is required. LTW is currently reviewing applications that supports SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) following a request from People & Money, and Xerte is one of the options considered.
The status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Since 18 March 2020, all staff, as well business partners, moved to working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown which followed on 24 March 2020. A progressive return to campus has started, alongside working from home, in a hybrid fashion from now to May 2022 when working patterns for the future past the pandemic will be agreed. A mixture of home and office working will again be allowed from 31 January 2022. |

There are three projects scheduled to start this session:
All of them require business analysis. In particular, HSS039 and HSS040 are follow on projects for HSS031 and HSS037 for which it would be more efficient for the previous PM/BA to continue working on these projects. However they been fully allocated to highest priority P&M work COR004/COR007 to end of July 2022. Recruitment is underway for additional BA and PM resources in Project Services. |
