Finally managed to meet with supplier and an agreement on the build was reached along with new dates for the project agreed
Servers have now been ordered - 1-2wk lead time so expected at the beginning of November
Originally were expecting to have to build
2 x Test MariaDB (mariadb-ocs-kb1test & mariadb-ocs-at1test)
1 x Test App Server (ocs-app-test)
2X Live MariaDB (mariadb-ocs-kb1live & mariadb-ocs-at1live)
1 x Live App Server (ocs-app-live)
But DevTech have since discussed with the Supplier and are now planning to use Docker containers and this has reduced the servers down to two

Due to supplier being unable to attend the initial meetings the build of the servers was delayed – but they have now been ordered
