Achievements

• Meetings with the project team have continued, albeit work has slowed while awaiting confirmation of SSP BA resource.
• Conversations/interviews have continued taking place with contacts within the schools. Currently scoping additional benefits.
• The Project Sponsor has confirmed the intention for the solution to incorporate wider communications functionality. See HERE. 

Issues

• (ONGOING) Budget increase required. Referred to Project Sponsor and awaiting sign-off.
• (ONGOING) Milestone update (below) to be referred to Apps Review once budget is agreed.
• (NEW) Delay in obtaining agreement for an SSP BA to be assigned to the project in order to assist in completing some technical analysis. The project has therefore been escalated to the Portfolio Manager.

Next steps

• SSP BA resource to be agreed.
• Technical requirements to be validated by SSP BA.
• Software Developer to complete build of user interface.
• SSP Developers to complete new API(s) so that the user interface can extract data from EUGEX.
• Service Management to prepare School Data Sync.
• Interface (and backend API(s)) to be tested.
• Solution to be deployed.

Achievements in Last Period

• Jiras underway - 1 closed with 2 others closing

Issues

• PM been working on higher priority project STU274 impacting time on this project and on leave 15-28 September
• Candidate submission process page changes completed and were just to be rolled out to each of the Schools pages but an error found, Some of the jiras also impact the form so it is back in Test until other jiras complete. BA confident will be completed in next 2 weeks
