Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
In January, work continue to progress well across the programme. The 2023/24 - Mid-Year Programme Budget Review addressed changes in projects budget and timeline. Two projets continue to report an AMBER RAG status:

USG016 Signal to PURE Application where the LIVE deployment is schedule but could be at risk.

USG025 Enabling Curriculum Transformation where the risk on the short timeframe for delivery remains high.
The overall status for the USG Portfolio Projects programme is AMBER.
