• Numerous discussion have taken place with IS Apps and the business regarding the interdependancies between this work, RES060 and the RMAS programme.

• Work has continued on the project brief.
• Numerous discussion have taken place with IS Apps and the business regarding the interdependancies between this work and the RMAS programme. The priorities are currently being updated and a full update should be available within a week.

• As per the update above, the priorities are currently being discussed and there may be a change to timescales regarding when this work goes LIVE. The project sponsor is being updated and consulted throughout this process.

Next Steps

• Complete and agree the project brief, project estimate, project plan and milestones with project sponsor.
• Start the business analysis.
