Achievements for Last Period

• Clean Release deployment to LIVE completed on Tuesday 26th August 2025

• Meeting held with Acting Head of Project Services and agreement reached on immediate actions for planning 2025/26 work

• Java Epics completed

• Java stories completed and estimated

• Apps resources secured for the first part on 2025/26

Issues

• There is a new risk that uPortal v.6 release schedules and perceived changes are unreliable, with the possible slip of 6+months. This makes the team work around assumptions before the v.6 release, and we will only be able to have a final Java re-write plan after v.6 release (announced Jul 2025, expected Dec 2025). See risk.

Next Steps

• Complete Sprint plan for 2025/26
• Agree on a more detailed plan post-uPortal 6 release

The project status is GREEN.
