New Project To Investigate Software Automation Tools

Automation software tools help system administrators manage infrastructure throughout its lifecycle, from provisioning and configuration to patch management and compliance. Using automation tools, it is possible to automate repetitive tasks, quickly deploy critical applications, and proactively manage change.

The project will investigate suitable automation tools for use in software development and infrastructure projects.  A prototype solution will be delivered which will allow future projects to adopt more process driven deployments.
