Service Management have confirmed that InTune will be set as on by default for all A5 licenses which will facilitate establishing the Service.

A5 licenses now in place for he university replace all A3 licenses.

 

Achievements in Last Period

  • agreement on license for intune A3 assignment with Service Management and Desktop - not reqiured as new a% licenses have inTune by default
  • Handover to Helpdesk  - pending agreement on license - acheived
