• Work packages completed
• Application deployed to live Wednesday 27/06/2018
• Agreement with Production (application management) to pick up a number of current support based issues, time boxed to 3 days

Next Steps

• Two more production issues have been noted since deployment to live, neither of these were as a result of the additional works requested by the Business, but are thought to be further items that are now noticeable as a result of fixing the time boxed support based issues on behalf of Application Management.  Project to analyse these to see if time remains in the time boxed support budget to address these items.  The Developer has a placeholder booking to complete these works w/c 16/07/2018.  These are being tracked in risk #5:  Pre-Existing LDAP Issue
