•  As-is interviews are continuing
• Carry-over of 16 days into 18/19 submitted to WIS 31 July 18  

Issues

• Due to higher priority project commitments PM has been unable to complete the as-is  write up or complete the recommendations and a piccl has been created  to carry over into 18/19

Next Steps

• Complete as-is interviews
• Write up recommendations and high level requirements and present these back to Library
• Close

The project status is GREEN as revised dates have been agreed
