Issues and Risks

• COSIGN must be replaced by 30th August - COSIGN replaced in Live - expect 100% confirmation on 20th August when system is updated 
• strike action in Sept
• DV down for three weeks when ACF closes

For DataShare -

I would assume the next one would be a major release so a 5.0. (Aiming for before end of year) given its an update from Dspace 6.1? to 8.2

All the various work done during the sprints for enhancements and fixes – yes relating to DSpace8 migration  epic

The UX design improvements currently under way - yes Include processes to ensure we do not fall behind on the components (DB, Java libraries, etc) – No – we have nothing lined up for this as yet as Robin said our process for this is relating to DV.

And - All the user testing and documentation updates relating to DSpace8 migration which have to be completed still – just about to start. – these are all LUC070-211 – 214.
