Achievements this period
- NHS Lothian IT have confirmed (with screenshots) that Blackboard Collaborate works fine on their network, so long as NHS staff are using a Windows 10 based device (which has the latest version of Chrome installed). They have provided details on what staff should do if their computer hasn't been upgraded to Windows 10, or if they don't have the necessary peripherals (i.e. webcam or headset).
Issues
- Ongoing issues with the purchasing of SIM cards for tablets to go out to NHS sites. MVM procurement are discussing the paperwork requirements with central finance.
- The USB mobile broadband dongles for student use in NHS Lanarkshire only work on Windows based devices or Apple Macs prior to OS X Catalina (they require 32-bit support) so these will need to be upgraded.
- NHS Lanarkshire are still experiencing issues with their eduroam wifi.

- Contact NHS Borders to decide the best route for investigating issues in the student residences.
