v5.7 JIRAs being investigated and escalated with Elsevier

Agreement to hold joint update meetings with RES069 and Support team as projects are closely aligned and similar resource assigned
Issues
- Outstanding JIRAs reviewed with Elsevier contact as current response is to fix in next release this is noted as v5.10 and not v5.7 this raised a number of risks to the support of the application until the fix is available
- Project Manager request is being progressed expecting contract PM CVs in next couple of weeks to cover shortlisting and interviews
