Achievements to date

  • Project brief -approval completed

  • Upgrade of Test environment to v5.7

  • User Acceptance Testing completed for v5.7 and acceptance signed off

  • Preparation for Live upgrade completed - Service Alert, GoCAB

  • Communication to users groups issued

  • Upgrade to v5.7 Live environment completed

  • Upgrade of Dev environment to v5.9 underway

  • New PM resourced

 

Issues
  • Fixes identified in 5.7 wont be fixed until 5.10 release
  • Decision with consultation from supplier to move straight from 5.7 to 5.9 - revised milestones and any surplus  resource days (24 days) change requested back to programme
 
Next Steps

  • Handover to new PM starting on 5th February

  • Confirm Dev environment completed on upgrade to v5.9

  • Implement Web Services work

  • Upgrade Test Environment to v5.9

  • UAT for v5.9
