Achievements to date

  • Upgrade of Test environment to v5.9

  • Upgrade of Dev environment to v5.9

  • User Acceptance Testing completed for v5.9 and acceptance signed off

  • Preparation for Live upgrade completed - Service Alert, GoCAB

  • Communication to users groups issued

Issues
  • Due to a change freeze being invoked as a result of the Industrial Strike action, the original go live date of the 6th March has now slipped to 21st March.  GoCab and WIS have both approved the revised timescales and the project plan has been revised accordingly.
  • RIS001 is currently forecasting an underspend of approximately 6 to 7 days which will be reallocated either to the Programme or RIS003
Next Steps
  • Implement Web Services into LIVE, these have been tested successfully within Test and Dev
  • Implement PURE v5.9 into LIVE, these have been tested successfully within Test and Dev
