As per the Project Brief and associated project plan it was agreed that the project would be suspended whist the trial of the Overleaf product is underway.
The project has been unsuspended to collate and review the trial results and help the business to formulate their business case. There was a delay of 2 weeks in restarting the project while a PM was identified, and the milestones have been adjusted accordingly.
