  • Liaison with colleagues at Ulster have continued.

Issues

  • Ongoing resource issue at Ulster - escalated to senior management there and awaiting response at time of writing.
  • It was thought that they might respond at the last TOPdesk conference but this didn’t happen.

 

Next Steps​

  • The project has requested 3 days of unplanned contingency to upgrade Ulster when it is possible.
  • As soon as Ulster is positioned to engage with us they will be upgraded.
