Interim mid-month report ( as of 11-Aug 2016)

Achievements in Last Period

• Extended peer testing and user acceptance testing in progress
• Support JIRA has been deployed to LIVE
• Progress has been made on the remaining JIRAs. There are a few outstanding bug to be addressed.

Issues

• Bugs raised during peer testing need to be fixed before being handed over to the business for  final round of UAT
• Deployment coincides with a busy time in August so deployment has to avoid  Confimration and Clearing on 17 and 18-Aug. This was re-arranged to the 25/08/16.
• Support JIRA has been requested to be put live ahead of the others. This however took longer to fix and as a result, the original deployment date of 25/08/16 had to be delayed.
• Time has increased due to further development work required.
• Developer is scheduled to go on a training course which will potentially delay the revised deployment date.

Next Steps

• Complete bug fixes ahead of  re-planned UAT Acceptance sign-off review
• Get Special CAB approval to deploy to LIVE after 12 Sept
• Complete dev work on the Database Migration , and schedule future dates for acceptance sign-off and deployment for the Data Migration
