Achievements in Last Period

• UG deployed to LIVE
• Database started with UG and PG databases scheduled to go live first in order to hit the 14th November deadline.
• Project elivated to priority 1 status

Issues

• COM022 and HSS015 projects also need the developer's time. COM022 has a showstopper issue that needed resolved, so was prioritised higher than STU251. Developer is now back on STU251.
• Developer has not been able to spend enough time on STU251 in order to complete the PG development and deployment for this has been delayed now with the database migration given priority.
• Further bugs found on PG that needed more time to resolve.
• Project is RED due to delivery date of PG being delayed into November to follow after the database migration.

Next Steps

• Database UG and PG migrated with others to follow in November
• PG re-work completed
• PG UAT completed and deployed
