Complete planning - partially complete, delay due to changes in jiras in scope and allocation from 46d to 79d, and then again to 88d
Requirements re-prioritised by CAM to feed into planning, now split into two work packages for delivery.
Issues
Delay to completion of planning, due to changes in scope and allocation
RED - due to a) TIME: delay to end of planning and b) COST: delay due to increase in allocation of over 20% to enable c) SCOPE: additional scope to be included (46d to 88d, with last increase agreed 07-Jan-15). Note that this will be resolved as soon as the new milestones are determined, as the delay to the end of planning will not impact when the work can start, as this is restricted by developer availability.

Complete planning with two work packages rather than one single work package.
