  • Meeting held with IBM and RBS to understand how their ChatBot service was built and run.
  • Presentation at ISG Chatbot event
  • Linked up with Service Management to understand what they want to do with the UniDesk Service.
  • Quotes received from external supplier for chatbot pilot.

  • Quote for both pilot services is beyond budget of project.
