Achievements in Last Period
- Release 5 now has 89 sites migrated to Live with 10 URL Switches to EdWeb remaining, 264 sites have been migrated as part of the overall project
- All auto-migrations have now been completed, with all manual build of sites in EdWeb completed, with exception of Campus Maps
- Campus maps - Development work is being completed by UWP team to create proxy and being testing, ready for handover to CAM team to complete editorial work
Issues
- Issue encountered with Live migration for News similar to one previously experienced in Staging, this was resolved on second rerun of migration.
Next steps
- Complete the final URLs Switches to EdWeb Live for News and CAM Themes on 12th and 19th April respectively
- Complete migration script tidy up and documentation
- Final VARNISH clean up
- Complete project closure report for sign off
- Close project
