Achievements in Last Period

  • Campus Maps - development completed, tested and deployed to Live ready for URL switching
  • All website migrations now completed - 265 sites
  • All Website URL switched to EdWeb including the University's Home Page on 19th April
  • Project Closure Questionnaire issued for completed and 11 responses recievd and included in project completion report
  • Project completion report updated and reviewed at a project closure review session to walkthrough project achievements and session learned
  • Testing completed for Apache and Final Polopoly redirects
  • Dev and Test migrate testing completed for Migration script clean up, ready to deploy to Staging and Live
  • Project team agreed that project can be signed off and closed

  • N/A

Next steps

  • Redirects Varnish / Apache to complete on 12th May
  • Migration scipt deploy to Live week commencing 16th May
  • Resource costs for these activities will be completed under UWP011 as per agreement with Tim Gray, Project Manager
