AMBER: Issue: The issue aligned to quality of telephony data and the problems encountered linked to undertaking daily crawls has impeded the ability to close this project. These issues have been escalated to Project Sponsor / Programme Manager and on-going work is being progressed via JIRAs. The project has been re-planned to now close in August and this will be monitored closely and escalated as required by Project Manager.
