Milestones have slipped due to issues outlined in JIRAS. Estimates being gathered to confirmed revised timline.

RAG Commentary: AMBER: The issue aligned to quality of student emails API and the problems encountered linked to undertaking daily crawls has impeded the ability to close this project. There is contingency actions in place and the impact to the current live service and users is minimal. The project is being re-planned to now close in October (due to change freeze and Developer availability) and this will be monitored closely and escalated as required by Project Manager.

Escalated to: These issues have been escalated to Project Sponsor / Programme Manager and on-going work is being progressed via JIRAs.

Change Commentary: SIGNIFICANT: The change of milestone dates has been significant to this project. These are now mainly due to the quality of student emails API and the problems encountered linked to undertaking daily crawls impeding the ability to close this project. There is contingency actions in place and the impact to the current live service and users is minimal. The project is being re-planned to now close in October (due to change freeze and Developer availability) and this will be monitored closely and escalated as required by Project Manager. Once confirmed the updates milestone dates will be submitted to WIS for approval (excepted early September).
