Overview

There has been very little activity on the project since the cyber security assessment in July, as the IoT team are fully focused on the study spaces project for the UoE reopening.

We are still in planning mode, although some prototyping, design and testing work is being carried out in parallel.   Our previous plan to progress 2.1 of the service in Research Services has now changed, and we 2.1 will now run from the ACF EDIF.    Due to the impact of Covid-19 on the EIDF project, there is now a risk that 2.1 of the service will not go live until we are in to the next FY.  Work on this project continues to be light touch while the IoT team focus on other priorities for the UoE reopening for the new semester.  

RAG status.

Given the significant impact from Covid-19 on DDI and the UoE, any delay to this project will be minor and not a cause for concern in itself.

Further re-planning with the EIDF team.

Complete the project brief, technical designs, and plan.
