Overview

There has been limited activity on the project since the cyber security assessment in July, as the IoT team have primarily focused on other priorities.

We are still in planning mode, although some prototyping, design and testing work is being carried out in parallel.   Technical architecture discussions with the EIDF team will inform our planning decisions.  Once these are complete we can complete the brief and plan.

RAG status.

Although there has been a delay, given the significant impact from Covid-19 on DDI the UoE, and the CRD schools that will be the first users of the new version of the service, any delay to this project will be minor and not a cause for concern in itself.

Next steps:

Risk and issue review re provision of infrastructure from EIDF and agreed way forward re design and timescale agreed.

Complete the project brief, technical designs, and plan.
