Project Risks

1. There was a risk that the project's 12 day budget is insufficient to cover the programme management, project management and business analysis, plus the input from Applications Management. 

(This risk has now been closed at Planning sign-off with a revised estimate of 18 days agreed)

2. Stakeholders unavailable for gathering requirements - if unavailable, risk that requirements not defined correctly or common agreement reached.

(This risk has now been closed at Planning sign-off with a requirements workshop booked for stakeholders on 28th September.  Subsequent meetings will be arranged with the new Admin staff due to join HPCC if they haven't joined by the time of the workshop)  

3. Access to confidential data held on existing database - if access is not in place or limited, risk this makes it difficult to map existing processes and data.

(This risk has now been closed at Planning sign-off as:

  • Project Manager/Business Analyst has signed a confidentiality agreement with HPCC
  • The developer has made a copy of the database with confidential data removed and/or dummy data inserted)
