The current processes and workflows are convoluted and within silos with delivery in certain circumstances failing to meet student, academics and external academics expectations and timescales.

The problems being resolved are:

  • Oversight of orders
  • Tracking orders
  • Integration of systems
  • Validity of systems

The benefits:

  • Digitally transform from paper usage to electronic format
  • Looking at different digitisation processes and standards
  • Management of master digitised copy
  • Storage and dissemination of digitised copy

The completion of this business analysis will allow the impacted Library & University Collections teams to improve digitised workflows and set foundations for future developments
