Totara LMS integration with EASE (via Shibboleth)
Resources available to develop an automated feed to manage CSG starters, leavers and changes in staff data (and compatibility with defined organisation hierarchy)
Approval for use of Events Booking application data from Service Owner
Availability of Business Leads to promote and manage pilot in their respective business units
Reporting within Totara LMS available to deliver requirement around reporting on transparent spend
Development of integration with Event Booking application in Phase 2 would require additional funding
Support from IS Applications for wider rollout would require additional funding
