Achievements in the last period

  • Build work continuing with many JIRAs signed off and ready for LIVE
  • Further discussions on SLA terms and agreement of a 1st line support contact post June 18
  • Agreed LIVE deployment date of 18th April
  • Phase 3 requirements drafted and an initial estimate created.

Issues

  • Slight delays due to annual leave and the UoE change freeze. There are no concerns with achieving the current LIVE deployment date.

  • Phase 3 requirements have been provided. It was anticipated that a Phase 3 would be needed as a further update post mid April. This Phase will be the final updates before the content and site is made static and the ESPA programme concludes. 

Next steps

  • UAT sign off for remaining JIRA
  • Complete SLA
  • Confirm Phase 3 requirements, budget and timeline
