Achievements in the last period

• UX use case and persona elaboration progressed.
• Access to SQL Server db back-end agreed.
• Back-end databases & feeds discovery - recommendations made to customer and agreed.
• Access to Drupal instances and scripts requested.    
• Technical Architecture Document drafted - review and expansion ongoing.

Issues

• Issue - Completion of Discovery/Analysis milestones delayed due to inability to access EDINA Drupal instances and scripts.  A Drupal archive has now been made available (17/07/17).  The Thompson/Reuters feed scripts and objects are outstanding - a timescale for receipt has been requested (17/07/17).   

Next steps

• Gain access to EDINA Drupal instance and scripts.  
• Carry out Drupal/SQL Server gap analysis.
• Complete use case and persona elaboration.
• Complete Technical Architecture Document.   
• Transform UX and investigation products into product backlog.  
• Complete Delivery / Analysis milestones.
• Replan delivery of project on that basis.
