Issues

A number of post deployment issues were identified, this could have been reduced had there been more time to test the site between staging and Live. Due to the site launch at the Annual Science Conference this was not possible and as a result some known issues were carried over to the live site. All priority issues should be resolved in live by 8th December.

There was very little time scheduled between the code being completed and the expected handover for testing. In addition the deployment was more manual than expected. This will be reviewed at a technical lessons learned meeting on 12th December with a view to incorporating lessons in to phase 2 planning.
Next steps
- Phase 2 planning (scope, milestones and budget).
- Further minor changes regarding font size to be progressed.
- Review phase 1 development and agree
- Start phase 2 build work.
