  • Resolution of post deployment issues

Issues

  • Planning for Phase 2 has been delayed to January due to conflicting diaries. It was agreed that although this is a risk to project momentum that this additional time will give ESPA and site users a longer opportunity to review the site and reflect on what should be included in Phase 2. The planning meeting has been scheduled for 15th January. 

Next steps

  • Phase 2 planning (scope, milestones and budget). 
  • Complete SLA
  • Start phase 2 build work.
