Achievements
- Project plan revised to include delay due to Archibus demo which took place on the 24th April.
- Requirements gathering workshop undertaken with Estates to determine joint requirements for the Archibus demo.
- Additional market supplied solutions identified and reviewed as part of the Early Market engagement.
Issues
- In March, the business lead has expressed concerns regarding a potential delay to reviewing the Archibus WebCentral modules and the impact of the project being extended by four week. This was reviewed by the project team and the project plan was updated to reflect the delay.
- Due to A/L commitments of the Fire Safety Team during April, a subsequent Webinar has been requested by Archibus to allow a bespoke demonstration to be conducted.
Next Steps
- Webinar dates to be confirmed for the Fire Safety demonstration.
- Complete gap analysis review once Fire Safety demo has been undertaken with regards to:
- Existing Archibus modules
- Potential market supplied solutions
- Continue business report.
- ARUP supplier demonstration to be conducted by Fire Safety Team.
- Review requirements with Fire Safety team and project sponsor to understand if they are all still in scope for this project or not.
