I introduced myself to the supplier sales contact.

I received answers to the technical questions posed to ICES about SQL server and VMs, I passed this information onto Dev Tech

Meeting held with Apps Mgt, Dev Tech and Tech Mgt regarding the project / tasks/ estimation

Subsequently I sent round the most recent TAD (dated June 2012) which had been produced as part of Win7 upgrade

A further meeting was arranged to confirm the Three Point Estimation

14/02/14 - sent out Project Brief, Estimation and Draft Project Plan for review
