- Door cards readers received from supplier and installed
- Door access clearances provided by EFI and input
- All AV physical installs have been completed
- Network work completed in phase 1 part of building (outside of missing test results)
- ECA resilient link work underway
- Support arrangements for EFI pahse 1 drafted and out for review/agreement
Issues
- Missing ~300 test results from BBK which is preventing completion of all network work in phase 1 building
- Milestones to be formally changed
Next Steps
- Printers being installed on 5th September
- Complete ECA resilient link
- Complete snagging of doors with BBK
- Complete snagging and commissioning of AV equipment
- Assess and complete any work once missing test results received
- Complete agreement of support arrangements for phase 1
