Achievements this period

• Updated power and data plan received
• Desk booking requirements emailed
• Meetings with Bayes to understand their Hub set-up and to discuss lessons learned
• Sharepoint set up - to be tested and populated
• Revised F&G plan received and initial high-level plan produced for phase 1
• Demo of "fusion" teaching in EFI took place to inform requirements workshop
• Project brief drafted and out for approval

Issues

• RESOLVED: There was an issue identified with the networking in the clocktower. The sponsor has worked with ITI CIS and EFi and have reached an agreed position.

Next Steps

• Sign-off brief
• Complete requirements gathering for project and agree the baselines for all deliverables with EFI
• Populate and share the project' Sharepoint tracker
• Agree design/implementation plans for each of the objectives and deliverables
• Confirm AT and resilient ECA links completed - current milestone estimated
