  • Updated power and data plan received

Issues

  • RESOLVED: There was an issue identified with the networking in the clocktower. The sponsor has worked with ITI CIS and EFi and have reached an agreed position.

  • Sign-off brief
  • Complete requirements gathering for project and agree the baselines for all deliverables with EFI
  • Populate and share the project' Sharepoint tracker
  • Agree design/implementation plans for each of the objectives and deliverables
  • Confirm AT and resilient ECA links completed - current milestone estimated

Issue: Without clear requirements agreed, the project is at high risk of increased cost, scope and delay. Impact: The opening of EFI may not be to the vision due to lack of time to implement services and install all necessary IT which could impacrt EFI's and therefore the University's reputation. Mitigation: Project holding requirements workshop to document requirements. These will then be agreed and will be the baseline the project delivers against. Any change thereafter can be managed and with decisions taken with full understanding of the impact or risk to delivery.
