Monitoring IT and Library Business Service Readiness for Start of Term 2018/19 Project started
A project has been started to provide an overview of all activity in preparation for the start of semester 1 2018/19.
Building on the success of last year's project to provide visibility of the excellent work done across the University to prepare for the start of session, this year's project will add value by joining up more of this activity through liaison and engagement with representatives of key areas over the period leading up to Semester One.
A comprehensive view of Service changes, Project deliveries, and availability of key Staff resources will be reviewed and updated weekly to provide a set of indicators as to the level of readiness for the IS Senior Management Team and provide early visibility of specific issues to be addressed where required.
Neil Bruce is Project Sponsor, and Colin Watt from Project Services is Project Manager, working with the project team comprising representatives across IS to manage and deliver this key project.
For further information please view the ISG014 project website, the Start of Term Readiness Portfolio site, the Start of Term Readiness Assessment page or contact Neil or Colin.
