• Progress -
  • Dev configuration is progressing well apart from the issue with EASE authentication causing frequent log out and the fact that EASE is not fully integrated.
  • Test Virtual Machine has been ordered and supplied
  • Baseline load tests have been agreed
  • System Design Specification will go out for review this month
  • Stakeholder Meeting went well and presentation to Finance Liason officers was well recieved
• Issues -
  • Feedback from the Senior Supplier was that we need to embed more of the governance in the projects website presenting clearly the groups that we are engaging with, their role and membership - Craig M and Andrew to progress
  • We should establish a forward look of key points in the project in terms of communications and points where each of our groups should feed into progress and "sign off" the progress and any key decisions that the stakeholders will be able to influence - Craig M to progress this work
  • Purchase order must be raised for the on site support work to complete the EASE integration along with feedback following the engineer visit to provide SAP with information on the support provider's capability to support single sign on - Craig M to progress
  • Risks will need to be reviewed and ensure that an appropriate owner is selected (for example the risk for failure in R2 should sit with Production Management as Project Services cannot mitigate this risk) - Craig M to reivew and engage with new risk owners
  • Senior Supplier to start attending monthly sponsor meetings
  • Service Management have some paternity leave coming up which will impact on Andrew's availability, where possible effective use of Craig's time should be made to reduce the impact on the project

  • Resolution of the EASE authentication issue
  • Baselined load tests for R2
  • System Design and Build to be signed off
  • Forward plan for communications and key decision/reporting points
  • Firming up of the migration schedule
