• Job specifications advertised
• Job interviews arranged- three candidates for the analyst post to be interviewed on April 2-3.

Issues

• First advert (from Feb 26-March 8) received no applications for either post.
• We had planned to shortlist on March 9, but had to readvertise
• Industrial action
• Second advert brought four applicants for the analyst post and none for the developer
• We have been asking previous development interns if they'd like to apply- no availability
• We will probably offer the development post to the most technical analyst applicant, and alter the money accordingly
