A business request was made in June 2017 for the provision of finance to run a Pilot for the Who's Off staff annual leave management system.

This project is noted here for visibility only. There will be no monthly reporting. It is anticipated that the sponsor will provide a report midway through circa July 2018 and a full report for the Programme Board 1st Quarter 2019. To avoid any issues with the Programme reporting the project will be temporarily suspended during January 2018 - June 2018 and from August 2018 - January 2019. It will be opened during July for an interim report. A full report will be provided by the sponsor in 2019.
To provide finance to cover the costs incurred by the EDI for the period Dec 2017 - Jan 2019.
There are two for this project
- Financing to cover the cost of circa 50 Edinburgh Dental Institute staff members for the use of Who's Off for the calendar year 2018.
- To provide a report on the use of the Who's Off during that period. This is to provide insite in to the benefits that may be sought in rolling it it further to other depts. This is subject to the Service Excellence strategy to deliver a new HR system part of which there will be a driver to include an annual leave management system.
