Impact and Dependencies
This project will have little impact on IT Applications Services using only Project Management and Business Analyst resource. The BA resource will be provided by the Project Manager
There are no external dependencies to the programme, but note that there are 4 projects in the PPLS programme, all being managed by the same Project Manager and overseen by the Programme Manager to ensure that we can deal with any inter dependencies that may yet reveal themselves.
