Although GDPR came in to force in May 2018 this was a large and significant change. Additional work that continues into 18/19 to ensure that the University is fully compliant.

This small project covers support needed to ensure compliance of electronic data held or created by the teams in the Finance Specialist Services directorate. This would cover Treasury Management, Investment, Endowments, Taxation, Financial Modelling, Pensions, and Payroll. The data created by these teams is covered by varying retention periods between 2 and 40+ years.
