• Upgrade of TRN environment completed and signed off
• StuTalk update completed in TEST
• UAT of TEST environment completed
• Acceptance Signoff achieved
• Signoff from emergency CAB achieved
• LIVE upgrade achieved with minimal impact to users

Issues 

• the budget for the project is likely to be reduced this month, if no showstopper issues are uncovered in TEST
• risk that planned industrial action may impact planned upgrade dates.

• re-estimate remaining tasks
• redesign refresh procedure
• deploy software upgrades
