  • new refresh process ( refresh followed by deletion of sensitive data) approved
  • TEST refreshed from LIVE
  • Software updates re-applied to TEST
  • DUST cloned from TEST
  • Two post-deployment LIVE JIRA issues resolved 

Issues 

  • One JIRA remaining - resolution expected w/c 30 April
  • Closure delayed due to delay to final signoff of last JIRA and subsequent annual leave of project manager
