Project RED - Decrease in Scope and Increase in Budget

(EXISTING) (ONGOING) Budget increase required. To be noted at Apps Review on 24 July 2025.
(NEW) (ONGOING) SSP Operations have confirmed that they cannot accommodate any more work on this project until at least September 2025, with no guarantees that it will be picked up then. The project will now close prior to the fixed and updated data deletion code being deployed into the SITS LIVE environment. The remaining work will be absorbed into the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) area.

RAG Commentary: Time - Milestones having to be delayed beyond September 2025. Cost - Budget increase (26 days) required. Next Steps - Budget increase to be recorded and submitted to Apps Review. Scope - Decreased as the project will now close prior to the fixed and updated data deletion code being deployed into the SITS LIVE environment. The remaining work will be absorbed into the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) area. Impact to business - The project will not deliver the updated data deletion code and therefore this will not be available to run until the CSI area has picked up this work. However, this does mean that no more budget will be spent on this project while it is stalled.
