Achievements in Last Period

  • One release achieved this month:  New report released for Extensions balance to the EC Service - allows EC service to now check the balance of extensions remaining for students without having to manually run through each case.

  • Achievements - The underlying database has been upgraded to the latest version which should provide performance improvements. Relevant information on evidence for students

  • Resits Extensions: Development completed and passed in TRN, awaiting confirmation from EC Service ahead of release to LIVE

  • Bulk confirming EC outcomes in APT:  Review in CSI Project, Dev to be started this month

  • Automatic closing of Extensions applications: Current in TEST

  • Extensions Dashboard: Dashboard showing extensions balances for students to be tested by Student Advisors

  • Long-term fixes for EC cases with no statements has been prioritized to reduce fixes in the live database. 

Issues 

  • (resolved) Scope confirmed at end April
  • (new) Lead BA moving as new role - mitigation in terms of support till end July
  • (new) Lead Developer on Jury Duty
